PROCUREMENT |

Fabrics Procure High Quality yarns directly from reputed Spinning
mills and having tie-ups with more than 15 spinning mills for
the regular supply of quality yarns. |

| DYEING |
 |
Avt
Fabrics doing dyeing at Karur, Tirupur and coimbatore, Which
has Capacity 750 bundles per day, both the Hank and Cheese Dyeing
are done. Mostly Reactive and VAT Dyes were used [Azo Free],
30,40, 60 and 90 degree Celsius colour fastness maintained.
We are also having facility of Processing Treatment of Fabrics,Which
has the infrastructure of 18 Jiggers, Mercerised Finish, Calendring,
Strach Finishing, Fabric bleaching ,Fabric dyeing, Flannel ,
Zero-Zero Finish, Oragandy Finish. |

| WEAVING |

| Both
Hand Woven and Power loom weaving are Provided to the buyers
from width ranging from 40” to 102” Inches. Our
quality of weaving machinery are Traditional handloom , Power
loom, Ruti -C, Rapiers and Air jet Looms. Our current machinery
consists of 300 Handloom and 200 Powerloom are working on contract
basis. The total production of capacity of our machinery is
around 50,000 meters per month. |

| FABRIC
CHECKING |

| Checking
of Fabrics and Made-ups is done in the Manufacturing site by
Skilled checkers and quality control Chart is maintained to
control the defects in further production. |

| STITCHING |
| Stitching
of Made-ups is done by Power operated Machines in karur itself,
nearly 150 Machines are working under contract basis, our quality
of stitching machines are Zuki, Brother, etc .Perfect sizes
are maintained by using proper quality control techniques. |

| PACKING |
Packing
has taken care very much to give the appearance and protection
of the made-ups. A separate department was there to complete
the packing with a authority of a packing manager with his skilled
packing workers. Packing are made according to the buyer specification
like Insert cover, Stifners,
Barcodes, Plastic Hangers, Pvc bags and normal poly bag is also
available. The
finished products are thoroughly checked and packed as per
AQL standards. All being done under supervision by experienced
and technical team. |

DEVELOPMENT |

We
have a very good Textile design studio for developing The
new designs. A well trained staff in Textiles designing is
there along with textile designing software to develop the
new designs according to the Global trend. We are Ready to
develop the designs according buyer specification.
