PACKING: Packing has taken care very much to give the appearance and protection of the made-ups. A separate department was there to complete the packing with a authority of a packing manager with his skilled packing workers. Packing are made according to the buyer specification like Insert cover, Plastic Hangers, Pvc bags and normal poly bag is also available. The finished products are thoroughly checked and packed as per AQL standards. All being done under supervision by experienced and technical team.
STITCHING: Stitching of Made-ups is done by Power operated Machines in karur itself, nearly 150 Machines are working under contract basis, our quality of stitching machines are Zuki, Brother, etc.Perfect sizes are maintained by using proper quality control techniques.
